1994年から2006年まで日本のボードカルチャー、ストリートアートなどのシーンにデベロップし続けたレーベル、 O.W.N(original world network)の首謀者だった田中大輔（DISKAH AKA DEE）が表現の一環として試験的に始めた新しいレーベル。
DISKAHのドローイングや写真からサンプリングしたグラフィックやコラージュ、MIXED MEDIA等を中心にクロージング、クッション、アイピロー、トート、ZINE、ポスター、ステッカー等に落とし込んだり、直筆のクッションやTSHやハンドメイドにも挑戦しつつ生活に身近なウエポンを展開、進展。関心から歓心へがモットー。
